Wild Stream blending is when a blend is made before the meter connected to TMS. TMS can use the master meter totalizer to calculate the throughput of each pre-blended component based on the recipe.

This causes two problems:

• TMS will not be able to alarm if the blend is out of spec
• TMS will report that the product amounts described by the recipe have been delivered regardless of the actual blend being dispensed because this is a CALCULATED totalizer and is not actually totalized. 

Product 

The Product controls the percentage of the Master Totalizer at which each component will be calculated.

PresetProfile

Set the preset to use the master totalizer.

Meter Profiles

Each component must be represented by a Meter Profile calling its own Pulser and injector number, regardless of the components at the Mutliload or Accuload.

The totalizer must be set to ‘C’ for calculate in order to break down the master totalizer movement by product recipe percentage.
